Ropo User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Ropo application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the App.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Ropo for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display;
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in Ropo;
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. User Content

By posting, uploading, or sharing any content on Ropo, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in any existing or future media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you post and that such content does not violate any third-party rights.

4. Community Guidelines

When using Ropo, you agree not to:

  • Post content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
  • Upload or transmit any material that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App.
